1. How do I redirect new sign ups to my members' area?
  1. Log in to the CCBill Admin Portal.
  2. Open the Account Info Mega Menu.
  3. Click the Account Admin link under the Main Account heading.
  4. Click the Subaccount number you wish to modify from the Select Subaccount column.
  5. Click Basic in the left navigation pane.
  6. In the Approval URL field, enter the full path (including the http://) of the URL for the Members' Area root directory.
  7. Click Update.

2. Where do I point my join link?

Make sure the join link points to the index.htm page. For example: www.domain.com/ccbill/index.htm.

3. My CGI's do not work. How do I resolve this?

CGIs require you to have PERL installed on your server, and the permissions for the CGI script must be set as Executable. If the problem persists after making these remedies you might want to try using the IP address instead of the domain name to view your site without using DNS. If you continue to have problems, contact our Merchant Support department.

4. How do I remove a traded password?

For manually added members:

  1. Log in to the Admin Portal.
  2. Select the appropriate subaccount number from the drop-down menu.
  3. Open the Reports Mega Menu.
  4. Choose the Alphabetical List option for report viewing.
  5. Click to select the Active Members report.
  6. Click Open Report.
  7. Click Manual Remove in the left navigation pane.
  8. Enter the User Name you wish to remove in the User Name field.
  9. Click Remove User.

If the member was not manually added, you can try manually re-adding the user for with an expiration date that has already passed. Just click Manual Add in step 7 above, complete the required information, and click Add.

Test this by attempting to access your site with the username and password. If the user still has access, contact Merchant Support for assistance.

5. How do I extend a membership for a consumer?
  1. Log in to the Admin Portal.
  2. Select the appropriate subaccount number from the drop-down menu.
  3. Open the Reports Mega Menu.
  4. Choose the Alphabetical List option for report viewing.
  5. Click to select the Active Members report.
  6. Click Open Report.
  7. Click Manual Add in the left navigation pane.
  8. Complete the Expire Date, User Name, and Password fields.
  9. Click Add.

6. After making changes to my signup page, it does not reload. How do I resolve this?

CCBill stores a copy of your form on its own servers, so any time you make changes to your signup page you will need to clear the cache for the Signup Form.

  1. Log in to the Admin Portal.
  2. Select the appropriate subaccount number from the drop-down menu.
  3. Open the Account Info Mega Menu and choose Account Admin from the menu.
  4. Click the Form Admin link in the left navigation pane.
  5. Click on the appropriate form from the Select Form column in the resulting report.
  6. Click Reset Form.
  7. The system will ask you to confirm your choice, click Reset here to confirm.

7. How do I set prices?
  1. Log in to the Admin Portal.
  2. Select the appropriate subaccount number from the drop-down menu.
  3. Open the Account Info Mega Menu and choose Account Admin from the menu.
  4. Click the Pricing Admin link in the left navigation pane.
  5. Add or remove a pricing structure using the options on the left.
