Usage Agreement

The graphics and other materials available here are protected by the copyright and trademark laws of the United States and numerous other countries. The permission provided to you to use these graphics is non-exclusive and non-transferable and may be revoked at any time at CCBill's sole discretion if it determines that any use of the graphics adversely impacts CCBill's business or for any other reason. Except for the purposes set forth in the Logo Guidelines, the graphics and/or logos may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, or displayed in any form by any means without the express written permission of CCBill, LLC. CCBill, LLC has the right to immediately cease accepting transactions upon failure to adhere to this policy

CCBill® Logo and Banners Usage

Use the CCBill logo and banners to let your customers know that you use CCBill® as your payment processor and billing support, or that you utilize our integrated Affiliate system. Consumers will see a uniform logo across websites, which establishes a consistent representation of the CCBill® brand, and reinforces the security and reliability of the system taking payments for your website. The CCBill® logo and banners may be displayed on your website to allow users to identify CCBill® as your payment processor and billing support provider.

Minimum Size Requirements

To ensure optimal legibility and impact at small sizes, a minimum size has been determined for online reproduction of the CCBill® logo. Onscreen CCBill® logos cannot appear in sizes smaller than 40 pixels high and 40 pixels wide.

Logos and Acceptance Marks

Use the CCBill logos and Acceptance Banners to indicate that you take payments online via CCBill as your preferred payment processor and billing support provider.

Billing Support Buttons

Use the Billing Support banners to indicate to your users and members that CCBill is available for billing support, questions on a charge or any assistance with a transaction processed via CCBill. All Support banners must link directly to a CCBill support page, such as the main consumer support page at https://support.ccbill.com

Affiliate System Buttons

Use the Affiliate System and Payout buttons to indicate that you rely on the CCBill Affiliate software and system as the tracking mechanism for your own affiliate program.

Unacceptable Usage

The shape, style, and color of the CCBill® logo should never be modified. When creating buttons, banners, and other web assets; don't stretch the logo horizontally or vertically to fit the space. Please do not use an outline around the edge of the logo, reverse the image colors nor convert the CCBill® logo to another font. The CCBill® name should not be altered. Don't use a dropshadow, and do not tilt, cant or distort the proportions of the logo for effect. Do not change the mark to be localized for specific countries or domains.
