I canceled my subscription but was still charged; what should I do?

If you have an e-mail from our Support Center or the webmaster of the site verifying your subscription was canceled prior to any charges you are disputing, please forward it to Consumer Support. Once we receive this, we will be more than happy to resolve this issue by crediting your account for transactions that might have been made in error.
