CCBill Consumer Knowledge Base .: Billing .: Why has my subscription "failed to rebill?"

Why has my subscription "failed to rebill?"

There are several reasons why a subscription may fail to rebill:

  • There are insufficient funds in the account.
  • Our system was unable to locate the account.
  • The bank or credit card company has declined the rebill attempt.

Your subscription has been cancelled and no further rebill attempts will be made.

In the event that a failed rebill occurs, CCBill will automatically send a reactivation link to the email address you have placed on file. You may follow the instructions in that link to reactivate and continue your membership.
