Welcome to the CCBill Visual Knowledge Base, also known as the VKB.
The VKB has been designed to compliment the CCBill Help system and provides recorded demonstrations of common tasks performed in the CCBill Admin system.
To view a demonstration, simply click on the page title in the topic tree located on the left of your browser. Each video is identified by a task name, and will play automatically in your browser. To watch a video again, simply re-load the topic.
The videos require Adobe's Flash Player 7 or higher. If you do not have the appropriate player, you can download it at Adobe's Web site.
This site is best viewed in Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE). If viewing these videos in Firefox, Opera, Safari, or other browser you may have difficulties viewing the videos or navigating the system.
