How do I submit a Feature Request?

Use the following steps to request new features for the Web Admin:

  1. Click the Report Bug Icon which can be located on the upper right side of every screen in the CCBill Admin.
  2. Use the Category drop down menu to select Feature Request.
  3. In the provided text field, insert a detailed description of the feature that you would like to have included in the Admin.
Please Note: You may not receive an email confirmation for every feature request submitted.
