Removing a Traded Password

A traded password is one given out by a user who has obtained a Members area password through legitimate or illicit means, allowing users to log in without signing up or paying.

To disable the password, you must delete the user. Perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to the CCBill Webmaster Admin System.
  2. Click the Reports link.
  3. Click the Members tab.
  4. Follow the Active Members link.
  5. Click the Manual Remove link.
  6. Enter the user’s username in the box, and click the Remove User button. This will remove the user from the system.

Test the removal by attempting to access your site with the username and password of the removed user. If the login is successful, contact Client Support for assistance in resolving the issue.
