WMS contains a list of pre-blocked countries. These are countries that we do not accept affiliates from. There are many reasons a country can end up on this list, but the primary reason is fraud.

Should you determine that you need to add more countries to your own list you may do so by changing your settings in the General Configuration menu located in the WMS category of the Admin System.
