Consumer Subscription Re-Activation

Consumers are now able to re-activate their subscriptions that have been canceled due to a failed rebill if the subscription meets the following criteria:

  • Consumer changes the subscription to a different credit card.
  • Consumer's original subscription was canceled because the card was declined.
  • Consumer has not been de-activated for a different reason.
  • Client uses CCBill's User Management.
