Creating an Affiliate Group

Affiliate groups allow you to communicate with your affiliates, and change settings for several affiliates at once. You may choose to notify certain groups about special offers you may be promoting on your site, or perform another function specific to that group. Follow these steps to create a group:

  1. Log into the CCBill Admin and go to Affiliates > Administration > Grouping > Create new Group.
  2. Enter the name you wish to call the group in the Enter New Group Name field.
  3. Click the Add button to create the group.

To add affiliates to the group, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the CCBill Admin and go to Affiliates > Administration > Grouping > Assign Affiliates
  2. Select the affiliates you would like to add to the group from the list.
  3. Select the appropriate group from the Assign to Group drop-down list.
  4. Click the Assign button to complete the group assignment. To reverse your unsaved changes, click the Reset button.
