To report a bug in the Admin system:
- Click the Report Bug Icon which can be located on the upper right side of every screen in the Admin system.
- Select Bug Submissions from the Category: drop down tab.
- Enter the following information:
- The page the error occurred on (you may copy/paste the URL or enter the path to get to the page, such as Tools>Account Admin>Account Maintenance).
- The error message you received (if applicable).
- A detailed description of what you were doing when you received the error.
- The name of the operating system you were using, Windows, Mac, UNIX, etc, when you received the error.
- The name of the browser you were using (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, etc) and the version number.
- Click Submit Bug.
You will receive a confirmation when the bug has been received.
**Please Note: Always click the icon from the area of the system where you are having the problem.
