How do I Email my Affiliates?

You can send emails to all affiliates who are active or inactive, or those with new sales. Email Affiliates will send the addresses as BCC (Blind Carbon Copy), so the recipients will not see a list of email addresses at the top of the message.

Begin by logging into the CCBill Admin and going to Affiliates > Administration > Affiliates > Email Affiliates.

In the To heading, select one of the following recipient group options:

  • All Active Affiliates. The affiliate accounts that are currently active.
  • All Inactive Affiliates. The affiliate accounts that are deactivated.
  • Affiliates with new sales in the last __ days. This value can include new sales or signups and is based on new single billings, recurring billings, and trials. Enter the number of days to go back in the text box.

Enter the sender's email address in the From field.

Enter the subject line of the email in the Subject field.

In the Message text box below the Subject line, type the contents of your email. Please note: the email will not be displayed to your affiliate in "rich text" format. We suggest that you use HTML formatting when creating your affiliate emails, in order to guarantee the desired layout of your email.

Click Submit to send the email.
