Running a Tracker Report

The Tracker report shows the number of clicks, sales, and transactions as well as the total dollar amount of sales for each ad tracker. This report can be accessed by following these steps:

  1. Log into the CCBill Admin and go to Affiliates > Administration > Trackers.
  2. Under the Date Period Column, select your desired date range.
  3. Select the View Report button.

The following fields will be displayed:

  • Account - The CCBill client account number.
  • Affiliate - The Affiliate ID.
  • Name - A short descriptive identifier for the tracker. Click the link to open the Rename Tracker page.
  • Clicks - The number of clicks for the tracker. This is the total number of times consumers clicked an advertisement associated with the tracker.
  • Trial - The number of trial subscriptions.
  • Single - The number of single billing or non-recurring subscriptions.
  • Recurring - The number of recurring billing subscriptions.
  • Sales - The number of new sales or signups, based on new single billings, recurring billings, or trials.
  • Amount - The total amount (in U.S. dollars) generated with the tracker.

Aggregate totals for all trackers are displayed at the bottom of the report. 

Additionally, you can click the name of a tracker in the list to rename it, if desired.
