What documents do I need to submit to activate my account after signing up with CCBill?

All clients are required to submit a copy of their signed client verification form and two forms of ID specific to their region of operation. The forms of ID per region are located here. These IDs, along with the signed client verification form can either be faxed or scanned and emailed.
