How do I know when a change I requested has been completed for my account?

You will receive a confirmation email to the email address on file for the account confirming all changes. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact Client Support for further information. The email address on file may be different than the one you are currently using; the form may have been rejected; or the form may have not been received.
