To accept Telephone billing: 

1. Click on Premium Features.
2. Click Partners, then Telephone Billing. 
3. Read the Telephone Billing information.
4. Click ADD SINGLE TELEPHONE BILLING.
5. Click Sign Up. 
6. Click to select the box next to I WISH TO ACCEPT CCBILL900 FOR PAYMENT.
7. Click Submit. 
8. Print the provided Addendum G and sign it.
9. Return your signed Addendum G to the contract administrator by:
• Fax to 480.449.8801
• Scan the signed Addendum and email it to contractadmin@ccbill.com. 

Once the Addendum G is received by CCBill, you will receive an email with specific instructions on how to set this feature up.
