When I call the fax number provided (480.449.8801) to test the line, I only hear dead air. What is wrong?

Our fax machine does not print faxes, but instead keeps a digital archive of all faxes received. Because of this, you will not hear a dial tone when attempting to call. Please send the fax, and we will contact you back via the email address on file when the fax has been reviewed.
