Why haven't I received my wire transfer yet?

Wires, both Domestic and International are sent out from CCBill every Monday. In the event that a federal holiday falls on a Monday, wire transfers will go out the next business day (typically Tuesday).

Domestic Wires are usually available in your bank account the same day, however, they can take up to 48 hours to post, depending on your bank.

If this time frame has exceed and a wire is not showing in your account, a Fed Reference Number may be requested from our Accounting department.

International Wires generally take from 24 – 72 hours to show up in your bank account.

If this time frame has exceeded, you may request that a trace be placed on the wire. Please note: Traces can take up to 2 weeks to complete, and cannot be placed until a minimum of five business days after the date of the wire transfer.
