How can I reactivate a subaccount which I would like to utilize again?

Accounts that have been deactivated can be reactivated again for use at a later time:
  1. Re-activate or re-build the site associated with the subaccount (the site must be 100% functional at the time this request is made).
  2. Contact Client Support via Phone or Email with the subaccount number that you wish to have reactivated.

The account will be sent to our Policy Review department for approval. If approved, the account will be reactivated. If declined, an email notice will be sent out notifying you of the reason for the decline.
